"A request to the court, made by the plaintiff, stating: ""Even if everything the defendant alleges is true, the facts are insufficient to state a defense."" This motion asks the court to grant the plaintiff a favorable judgment immediately, because the defendant has failed to properly deny facts (in his Answer) which establish a cause of action."
